1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing CircleClash (the "App"), or using the related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use CircleClash.

2. Intellectual Property & Creator Copyright Ownership

You own 100% of your creations. We firmly believe creators should retain full intellectual property rights to their work:

Full Copyright Retention: You hold and retain all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and title to your character names, character images, battle/game names, background music, character audio and sound effects, avatars, and any custom assets you create or upload to CircleClash.
No Transfer of Ownership: CircleClash does NOT claim ownership of any content you create. You own everything.
License to Platform: By uploading, publishing, or sharing content on CircleClash, you simply grant CircleClash a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to host, display, stream, simulate, and present your content within our app, website, and promotional showcases (including the ability for community members to play your battles, share links to your games, and remix battles with your characters).

3. User Responsibilities & Content Standards

CircleClash provides a creative and friendly platform for creators of all ages. You agree that:

You will not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or promoting violence.
You warrant that you have the right to upload any audio recordings, music tracks, or character art that you include in your battles.
CircleClash reserves the right to immediately remove any content or character that violates these standards without prior notice.

4. Community Remixing & Fair Attribution

When you publish a battle publicly on CircleClash, other users can watch, favorite, and remix your game. The original creator credit and character attribution are preserved automatically throughout remix chains.

5. Copyright Infringement & Takedown (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to verified copyright infringement notices. If you believe your copyrighted work was uploaded or used without permission, please consult our Copyright Policy and email us at rk126356@gmail.com with the source proof and the game URL (available by clicking the Share button).

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time either via Settings > Session > Delete Account in the mobile app or by emailing rk126356@gmail.com as explained on our Delete Account page. Upon deletion, all of your user data, characters, authored battles, and subscriptions will be permanently purged.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CircleClash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CircleClash and its developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free simulation of physics battles.
