At CircleClash, we respect and empower content creators. Creators retain full copyright ownership and intellectual property rights to everything they create or upload to CircleClash:
- Character Name & Identity: You own the unique names and concepts of your characters.
- Character Images & Avatars: You own the artwork, illustrations, or portraits associated with your characters.
- Battle & Game Names: You own the titles and descriptions of your battles.
- Audio & Sound Effects: You own all custom voice lines, hit sounds, and battle audio recordings.
- Background Music: You retain all rights to original soundtracks you upload.
By uploading content, you simply grant CircleClash a non-exclusive license to showcase, stream, simulate, and enable remixes of your battles within our platform.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)
CircleClash strictly prohibits copyright infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work (artwork, character concept, music, sound effect, or name) has been reproduced or shared on CircleClash without your authorization, you may submit a takedown request to our review team.
Step 1: Obtain the Game URL or Channel URL
In the CircleClash mobile app, open the battle or channel containing the infringing content. Tap the Share button (looks like a curved arrow or share icon) and select Copy link. The link format looks like https://circleclash.pages.dev/battle/GAME_ID or https://circleclash.pages.dev/channel/CHANNEL_ID.
Step 2: Prepare Source & Proof of Ownership
Provide links to the original copyrighted work, your portfolio, copyright registration, or other evidence clearly demonstrating that you (or the party you represent) own the rights to the material.
Step 3: Email Us for Review
Send the information directly to our official review email: rk126356@gmail.com.
Information Required in Your Notice:
- Game / Channel URL: The exact link copied via the Share button in the app.
- Specific Infringing Element: Clear description of what is infringing (e.g., character portrait, character sound effect, battle background music, character name).
- Source Proof: Direct link or proof of original authorship or ownership.
- Your Contact Information: Name, email address, and company or organization (if applicable).
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Investigation & Content Removal Process
Upon receiving your email with the required source proof and game link, our team will review the claim promptly within 24 to 48 hours. If infringement is established, the infringing battle, character, or asset will be immediately taken down from the platform and repeated infringers will face permanent account termination.
