Welcome to CircleClash ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you provide while using the CircleClash mobile application and related web services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how you can control it, and your rights.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide you with an optimal interactive experience:
- Account Information: When you sign in via Google Sign-In, we receive your Firebase User ID (UID), Google account display name, email address, and profile photo URL.
- User-Generated Content: Custom battle configurations, character names, portraits/avatars, battle names, audio clips, background music choices, tags, and remixed games you publish or save.
- Engagement Data: Games you favorite, channels you subscribe to, likes, and copy counts.
- Device Push Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens to deliver alerts when someone likes, remixes, copies your characters, or subscribes to your channel. You can disable push notifications at any time in the app Settings.
- Local Device Cache: Preferences (such as push notification toggle state) stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to power CircleClash features:
- Authenticating your profile and safeguarding account integrity.
- Hosting, rendering, and simulating your circle battle creations and characters.
- Facilitating the community loop: allowing other players to view, subscribe to your channel, and remix public battles.
- Delivering push notification updates on battle likes, character copies, and subscribers (if enabled).
- Providing customer support and investigating policy or copyright infringement reports.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
4. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
CircleClash uses trusted Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure to operate securely:
- Google Sign-In: For secure authentication without handling or storing your Google password.
- Firebase Authentication: User credential and session management.
- Cloud Firestore: Scalable cloud database storing battle configurations, characters, and subscriptions.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Push notification delivery.
- Firebase Cloud Functions: Backend automation, notification delivery, and automated data cleanup on account deletion.
5. Push Notification Controls
Push notifications are completely optional. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time directly inside the CircleClash mobile app by opening Settings > Push Notifications, or through your operating system settings. When disabled, your FCM push token is removed from our database.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have the complete right to delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Session > Delete Account in the CircleClash mobile app. This immediately purges your battles, characters, cards, subscriptions, and profile.
- Email Request: If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at rk126356@gmail.com. See our dedicated Delete Account page for detailed instructions.
