Permanent & Irreversible Action
Deleting your CircleClash account is irreversible. Once processed, your account credentials, created battles, characters, sound effects, subscriptions, and profile statistics cannot be restored.
Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and all associated cloud data directly from the CircleClash mobile app:
- Open the CircleClash app on your device.
- Tap on the You tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings gear icon at the top right (or scroll down to Settings).
- Scroll down to the Session section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm in the prompt.
Your account, battles, characters, and tokens will be permanently erased immediately.
Option 2: Delete via Email Request
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can request full account deletion by contacting us directly via email. Please send your deletion request to:

To ensure we locate and verify the correct account, please include in your email:
- The Google email address associated with your CircleClash account.
- Your Channel Name or Handle (e.g.
@yourhandle).
- (Optional) Your Firebase User ID if known.

What Data is Deleted?
Upon account deletion, our automated systems permanently remove:
- Your user profile, display name, handle, avatar URL, and subscriber counts.
- All authored battles, games, and game cards stored in Cloud Firestore.
- All custom characters created by you, including avatar images and audio files.
- All channel subscriptions and battle favorites.
- All Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens.
- Your Firebase Authentication credentials.
Requests sent by email are processed and confirmed within 24 to 48 hours.
